3.1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5.3.1. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
5.3.2. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.3.3. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
5.4.1. We may offer free trial periods from time to time. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
5.4.2. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for free trials and to withdraw or modify a free trial at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to upload, generate, or attempt to generate content that:

7.1.1. The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and AI models, is owned by Tattooz and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.1.2. The Tattooz name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tattooz. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.1.3. The AI algorithms, models, and transformation technology used in the App are proprietary and confidential.
7.2.1. You own the AI-generated tattoo designs created using the App.
7.2.2. You may use the generated designs for personal or commercial purposes.
7.2.3. However, you acknowledge that similar designs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
