By accessing or using AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI.
Users may contribute content to AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI, including but not limited to photos and images. By submitting content, users agree to grant Melih Arik a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable behavior while using AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI. This includes but is not limited to:
AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI offers various subscription plans (weekly, yearly, and lifetime) with no trial period. Users agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to them at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable.
Melih Arik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI, even if Melih Arik has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Melih Arik reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes. Continued use of AI Image Enhancer: ImagePro AI after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
